Susan E. Eck, a poet and lyricist, writes under the pseudonym "Michaela More". Her creative writing reflects her introspection of love and loneliness. She expresses a spiritual journey in which she looks deeply within her heart and discovers her soul. Capturing common feelings and shared emotional journeys, Susan reflects the richness of her travels and experiences in her poems.

Her writing is distinguished by its sensitivity to the broad human experience of love, passion and sorrow. The vividness, intensity and sensuality of her work hold a deep appeal for her readers. The poet in Susan gives her work its thoughtful mood.

Susan has four published books of poetry to her credit and has won several awards in poetry. Between 1997 and 2003, she self-published four poetry books entitled:

Tiny Crocus

grow

dense

quick

wanting merely to see

luminosity of spring

Tiny Crocus

heads do

peep

upward

seeing

more

on this April day

a glance

of nature

labor

hard at work

consciousness

of natures

diminutive quirks

fragile snow flakes

now tumble

down

touching

earth

forcing

tiny crocus

bloom

to lay their

despondent

heads

subdued

oh dear crocus

don’t expire

as we all need you
